Teamviewer Support Connection

Expert support technicians are available to help with your usage of the DynaStar​™ Maintenance Management Software. The DynaStar​™ Software has a built in connection to Teamviewer. However if the version of the software being used is not the current version a newer Teamviewer connection is available here.

When directed by a DrekiTek™ Support Specialist, please click the Download Link below and follow the download instructions.

Download Installation Instructions

1. Click the above button to download the DrekiTek™ Teamviewer Support Client (DrekiTekSupportConnection.zip)
2. When prompted click "Save" to begin the download
3. The download will save to the computer's "Download" Directory by default
4. When the download has finished click OPEN from the browser window or using the computer file explorer navigate to the "Download" Directory and click on the DrekiTekSupportConnection.zip file
5. Double Click on the DrekiTekSupport.exe file to run the Teamviewer Support Client
6. Click "Accept" for the DrekiTek™ Support Client Disclaimer
7. When the Support Connection is activated give the connection information generated to the DrekiTek™ Support Specialist
