DynaStar™ delivers notifications in two ways: 
 by indicating the number of new notifications in DynaStar™'s status bar when a user is logged on, and (optionally) 
 by also sending an e-mail message to the user's designated email address in the Personnel Manager.

DynaStar™ allows for unlimited notifications to be delivered to an unlimited number of recipients. A recipient of a notification does not have to be a DynaStar™ User that logs into the application. To be a recipient of a Notification only requires the recipient have an entry in the Personnel Manager. If the recipient is not a user that logs into DynaStar™ then the recipient must have an email address on their Personnel record in DynaStar™. If the recipient is a user that logs in the notification is always delivered in DynaStar™, and can also be emailed to the user if an email address exists on their Personnel record in DynaStar™.
