Schedule an Online Support Session / Meeting

If you are an exising DrekiTek™ client or an existing user of the DynaStar™ Maintenance Management Software you can book / schedule an appointment with one of our Support Specialists online using the links below. Some credentials are required to access our scheduling tool. 

Existing DynaStar™ Users can find the credentials needed as follows:

While signed into the DynaStar™ application:

  1. Click the App Menu
  2. Click Help
  3. Click About DynaStar™
  4. Use the first two words of the Company Name combined with an underscore as the password
  5. Use the Application Serial Number / Product Key / License key as the username

If the Application Serial Number / Product Key / License Key is:   DT8904383 
Then type DT8904383  as the Username 

If the Company Name is:   The Big Sawmill Company 
Then type  The_Big  as the password
